Molkosan BERRY is made from organic Swiss milk. Fats and milk proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultra filtration. The resulting whey is then lactofermented with an exclusive strain of lactic acid bacteria and pasteurized. 
Molkosan BERRY is prepared by a natural fermentation process.

Ingredients

Concentrated deproteinized lactofermented Whey (from organic Swiss milk), Bacterial culture, Water, Fruit juice from concentrates (aronia, pomegranate) (26 %), Potassium citrate, Natural flavours, Calcium lactate, Malic acid, Potassium sorbate, Steviol glycoside (stevia extract).
Contains milk, (L+) lactic acid (7 %).

Serving suggestion

Adults: Add up to 1 teaspoon (5 mL) of Molkosan BERRY in a glass of cold water (250 mL) up to three times daily for a refreshing drink.
